Catching Up!!!

Why are there no posts in recent months from this website?

For the past months, I could not post any blog or reflection, it is because I got a bit busy. They say the "spirit is willing, but the body is weak."

This school year, I embarked on a new journey as I tried to expand my horizon. I enrolled myself in the School of Law. Indeed, the law is a "jealous mistress and needs constant courting."

My friends and acquaintances kept asking me why I took up law. I would always reply that I am just trying to fulfill a dream that was yet to come true.

I remember I wrote in my high school yearbook that I wanted to become "a successful lawyer."

The day when I wrote those words on a piece of paper to be submitted to the printing press is still so vivid in my mind as if it was yesterday.

The priesthood was my dream during elementary school while being a lawyer was my high school musing.

Another event that preoccupied me during these past months was the reshuffling.

I was appointed as the parish priest of St. Michael Parish (Pontevedra), St. Michael Academy School Director, and Diocesan Commission on Catholic Education Chairman.

Plus, the emotional burden of saying "good bye" to OMPHC - La Salleville , which was my home for the past six years, is truly difficult to bear.

Despite all these, I hope to continue sharing the WORD of God with you through this blog. Let us pray for one another.
